Electronic toll collection (ETC) aims to eliminate the delay on toll roads , HOV lanes , toll bridges , and toll tunnels by collecting tolls without cash and without requiring cars to stop. Electronic toll booths may operate alongside cash lanes so that drivers who do not have transponders can pay a cashier or throw coins into a receptacle. A child within reach of a seat belt may become entangled if he or she pulls the seat belt all the way out and wraps the belt around his or her head, neck, or waist
The majority of seat belts have a locking mechanism that is activated when the seat belt is pulled all the way out from the retractor.
This feature is designed for child seat installation. In instances when the locking feature activates, the child may not be able to free him or herself.

Excelsior, MN (February 16, 2016)—Jiffy Lube International accelerated into No. 1 (up from No. 2 last year) on the 2016 Training Top 125, while Keller Williams Realty moved into the No. 2 spot. Health-care companies rounded out the rest of the Top 5, with CHG Healthcare Services, Capital BlueCross, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan earning Nos. 3, 4, and 5, respectively.
